Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery

At the moment, we offer cash on delivery services for orders to Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja. However, if you're not able to pay online, we could send you our bank account details for payment for orders outside Lagos.

Orders to Lagos cost N1000 and are completed within 2 days. 

Orders to other parts of the country cost N2000 and are completed between 3 - 5 days. Please call us or write sales@sallyrue.com to confirm the delivery lead time for your location. 

We will send a tracking number to you to monitor your shipment until it arrives your location. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. 

In the event of any exceptions to our shipping schedule, you will be notified via email or phone call. We will require phone numbers to contact you before and upon delivery for validation purposes.

Shipping is handled on our behalf by courier service providers.

Please note that for now, orders are delivered on weekdays and we are working very hard to ensure you get your orders on weekends and public holidays.

Privacy & Security

As a rule, we will always provide protection of your information and your privacy. We are very discreet with our operations and we take the responsibility of protecting our customers’ information very seriously.

The knowledge of the content of your purchase is limited to Sally Rue and you. We will not disclose the content of your order to the shipping personnel.

Please note that minors under the age of 18 may not use the website. We do not collect or maintain information from anyone known to be under the age of 18, and no part of the website is designed to attract anyone under the age of 18.

Returns & Replacements

Due to health concerns with our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been used and we ensure that our products are in good condition before shipping.

However, we offer replacements on defective products that are reported not more than 3 days after purchase.

Defective items are replaced by us; if you report a purchased item as defective, we will have another one dispatched and the defective item collected by the shipping personnel.

For locations within Lagos, N500 is paid to the shipping company while N1000 is paid for all other locations. This is due to the two-way nature of a return transaction - it involves a pickup and a new delivery.

Please note that we do NOT process refunds. All transactional disputes will be treated in terms of a store credit. Bear in mind that we will do our very best to make you happy.


After placing an order on the store, an email is sent to you requesting a confirmation on your order. A phone call is then placed, scheduling a delivery date and time with the 48 hours.

If you are not yet ready to order, you can keep as many items in your shopping cart till you are ready to place an order. The items will remain in your cart until they are no longer in stock.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We offer promotions and discounts regularly on our store and all registered customers are updated as they arise.

Viewing Orders

You can view the status of your orders by logging in to your account. We will update your orders regularly till you receive the items. Please contact us at sales@sallyrue.com for more information regarding the status of your orders.

Updating Account Information

Account information may be updated or edited by registered customers at any time. You may change any of your Personally Identifiable Information by also sending us an email at sales@sallyrue.com. Please indicate your name, address and email address, and what information you would like to update when you contact us.
